While Oakland University does lack a bit of contagious energy especially during weekends,the reasonable solitude Hamlin hall brings is quite a nice start for incoming freshmen unless sharing a bathroom isn't something you desire.

kept tidy, everyone was very welcoming! quiet hours were in place and everyone for the most part followed, was able to get rest comfortably. night staff are very helpful. bathrooms are kept up between all students as well.
