Crosby Dorm Dorm Reviews at Ole Miss

I stayed at Crosby hall during my freshman year at college and though my time there was short, I enjoyed my time there. The rooms themselves are nice and depending on availability, the university gives you the option of whether you want to reserve the whole room to just yourself. Each floor also comes with shared bathrooms thar have multiple toilet stalls as well as multiple shower stalls.

It is a very welcoming place, everyone is super friendly and wants to lend a hand if you need it. I would recommend this dorm to anyone it is in a great location and very easy access to the campus. It is a great second home!

Great location on campus (very central location), you may feel a little left out from friends/peers that live in Martin Hall (most popular girls dorm on campus). All around, Crosby Hall is not too bad.

I enjoyed being in Crosby during my freshman year at Ole Miss. Everyone was really nice and the staff seemed to actually care for our wellbeing. I will say that the bathrooms were my least favorite part of living in Crosby. They were often dirty and gross.

Crosby is an all-female dorm with mainly freshman students who will rush into greek life. This aspect of it is wonderful, you meet lots of girls and make friends fast. However, the dorm is covered in mold even with the staff cleaning all floors once a day.

Living in Crosby freshman year was so much fun! The floors were mainly divided according to Greek life affiliation so there was always something going on which could get a little loud at times but that was the best way to make friends! It's definitely one of the older dorms on campus so it doesn't offer the upgrades you get in the newer ones if that's important to you. Overall, Crosby is a great dorm if you're looking for the "traditional" college dorm experience!

Staying at Crosby was a time to remember! My freshman year at Ole Miss was very nerve-wracking and I was nervous to talk to people and engage in conversation and participate in class with new people. Living in Crosby made it easier for me to make friends and leave my shell behind and get involved throughout campus!
