Maria's Tower Dorm Reviews at Pace U

As a high-rise dorm, the location felt fairly secure with rules being fairly enforced by staff members. However, at one point during my experience, torrential rain caused part of my room's ceiling to collapse onto my bed.

Maria's Tower dorm at Pace University offers a convenient location, but maintenance needs improvement. Bathrooms often require attention, and commons areas could be better maintained for a more comfortable living experience.

The floor we are on is quiet and the location of the bathroom is convenient for me and my roommate. The hallway leading to the elevators is kinda dark. The bathroom may smell bad at times and could use more ventilation. The floor and cleaning staff keep it clean.

the bathrooms on my floor were kind of gross, the lighting was dim in the showers and sometimes there was stuff stuck in the drains. the dorm has a great community aspect to it though, plus it's literally right above where the classes are. The walls are thin as well but I would choose it over paying way too much at the other dorms.

You definitely get the communal bathroom college experience in this dorm. Even though a dorm in the city may be smaller than the dorms in other schools, the community you build with one another in the freshman dorm definitely makes up for it.

I enjoyed living in Maria's Tower because everything I needed was in the same building. All of my classes, the cafeteria and my dorm was all in the same building, so it was easy to do things and travel to places quickly. Aside from communal bathrooms it was a great experience.

I have enjoyed my time so far in Maria's Towers, I find it clean, well maintained and quiet enough so I can get my work done. The staff are friendly and helpful. I feel safe there and enjoy the people I have met.

I love Maria's. Moving there from my place at 182 Broadway really improved my experience at Pace. The environment is calm and feels like home, they were very helpful with me trying to get into a single room for my mental health, and the move was an amazing part of my experience at Pace.

Maria's Tower's location in the main building of Pace University means you never strictly have to leave the building, which is especially helpful as the weather gets colder. The showers are janky and it definitely feels like it was designed by a prison architect, but overall, it's a lot of fun and you get to know the people on your floor pretty well.
