I would say that it is pretty good and noise levels are low. and as well as having a good view of downtown, it is just a short walk away fom all the good places and hapiness as always and in the middle of the heart of portland .

The location is very convenient, the people here are very discreet. Especially now in these hard and troubling times to constantly social distant ourselves, resident follow through with the regulations and standards.

The staff is great and so is the location. The only complaint I have is that because of the pandemic and social distancing I do not talk to or interact with anyone in the building so it is lonely. But the price is really good and I cannot complain at all about feeling safe at school on many levels. We take the pandemic seriously and only 11 of 30k students that go to PSU have gotten covid since March.
