I thought the staff at Stuart was satisfactory. They were friendly. The bathrooms were cleaned daily. The building was renovated and newer. The elevators were out of service a lot. That was frustrating. more

I have loved the location of Cooper, especially with a lot of my friends living in apartments downtown. I do really miss my old residence hall, Geary. Besides that, Cooper is very clean and taken care of quite well. The staff and my RA are all very kind and I appreciate their work around Cooper. more

Everyone is very friendly. The place makes home feel not as far away. Never had an issue with noise or rowdy people living there for nearly 2 academic years. Crime and theft has never been an issue. Very close to many STEM-related facilities on campus. more

The apartments are great. Own living space. Great experience to get ready for your own home, Although the place is not quiet. too loud to study, reeks of Marijuana all the time and others not considerate of those who want to succeed. Nice place, not nice people to live with more

It's a pretty great experience overall, with some minor things like hearing loud bugs at night and some maintenance issues. Location is very convenient if you're in the state college area as many good locations are close and the bus stops aren't very far. more

Small but not suffocating and enough common areas to hang out in without concern for space. The cozy atmosphere with a very outdoor vibe feels like being in a little town with your friends—friendly and helpful staff. more

Like: pod style bathrooms, bathrooms cleaned every day, right next to dining hall, downtown Dislike: small dorm rooms, can get loud (outside noise) because downtown location, only 5 bathrooms for 30+ people more

The location is definitely the main appeal; it's very close to the hub, the white building, and most classes. The longest walk I've had is ten minutes. The rooms are fairly large. I live in a single and it's just as big as my room at home. It's nice to have single bathrooms, but people are still messy, so they can be gross sometimes. more

Panofsky Hall

I enjoyed my year in Panofsky Hall. It was convenient, quiet and clean. My room was large, and I also had my own bathroom which was really nice. The kitchen, laundry area and common areas were right outside my room. The only issue that I had was that the fridge made a lot of noise, so I had to unplug it. I did ask for another, but unfortunately it had the same problem. more

I moved into the Dorms a little later than expected but the dorms are very nice. It’s very spacious in my room. The halls are neat and clean and the bathrooms are clean as well. I got to meet a lot of students on my floor and on other floors as well. Even though it can be loud at times, the dorms are very nice. more

Brill Hall

I lived on the third floor and currently live on the 4th. I have only had a few instances in my 2 years there where I needed maintenance such as a outlet not working, leaky pipe, and bugs. Maintenance came really quick for the outlet and pipe problem and they were fixed promptly. They were supposed to come on a certain day (a day was scheduled), and then never did, and when it was rescheduled, I was never notified of the problem being resolved (previously I was left a card saying what was done). So maybe my bug problem was fixed or maybe it wasn't. more
