Building was recently renovated but rush so doors and ac have several ongoing leak and install issues. Its nothing special, could be worse. Perks are being so close to the music buildings, literally takes about 2 minutes to get to a class. The kitchens were redone nicely and there is plenty of cozy and quiet study spaces.
