Melrose Hall Dorm Reviews at Redlands

After two loud and sleepless years in other dorms at the University of Redlands, living in Melrose Hall was a welcome change of pace. As a science major, I had morning classes most weekdays, and it was important for me to find a quiet dorm so that I could feel rested in class. Melrose, being the "quiet and studious hall," was perfect! I worried that it would be too quiet, but the atmosphere was relaxed and respectful. In terms of the rooms, common spaces, etc, they were about on par with the other dorms I had stayed in. The bathrooms also tended to stay a little cleaner too.

It was the quietest, cleanest, most pleasant dorm at the University of Redlands. There was AC (super important!), slightly larger dorm sizes, and its location was perfect! It was significantly nicer than any other dorm I'd lived in.
