Duncan College Dorm Reviews at Rice

Duncan is one of the newest dorms at Rice University and has a good variety of doubles, singles, and suites for students to choose from. The best thing is probably the private bathrooms in suites and doubles.

Duncan college has spacious rooms with private bathrooms that are well maintained and easy to access. My only issue with the restrooms are the close proximity of the toilet to the shower. The rooms have many windows with nice views and are easy to decorate and make your own.

You have your own bathroom, which the staff cleans about every week, unless you live in a single or suite. The floors are concrete so they absorb any spills. It has a kitchen, very basic study rooms, and a sun deck.
