This is some pretty nice living for a college dorm. Very large and spacious double-rooms, each with a bathroom. Easily cleaned (though a bit unattractive) cement floors. Some nice common areas, and traditional noise/cultures associated with different floors and wings of the dorm, so quieter people know where they should try to live and louder people know where they should try to live. Consistently supportive and caring culture from other students and the RAs.
