The power goes out alot. The Ac also shuts off frequently and needs to be fixed as well as the toilets in the bathroom. One elavator out of two usually doesnt work constantly needs to be fixed so theres always a line for the one that is working.

There is no security of any kind the only way the building is secure by having people use their key card to buzz themselves in but that is also a bad thing because people tend to just wait by the door and get let in by people walking out.
