I moved here after my first semester apartment had a huge mold problem. Unfortunately It wasn't much of an improvement. Silvers Apt has a really bad foundation so after rain/snow, the floor in our living room would be completely flooded. Water would come up through the ground tiles. We spoke multiple times to ResLife and Maintenance for any kind of assistance but they were unhelpful and dismissive. If you can find an affordable off-campus place, get an RA job that provides housing, or live at The Yard or Livi Apartments, do it. Because many on-campus Apartments are not worth the headache.
