I really like the fact that we get our own individual bedrooms. The location is close enough to the library and Student Commons, which I love. I also love that the distance of everything encourages me to walk more. The trees make a lot of shade when it's hot, and more breathable. They're very beautiful to look at, and smell very fragrant when it rains. more

Manokin Hall

The building was well located on the campus. The cleaning staff kept the bathrooms and common areas as clean as they could when taking care of 75 residents. The maintenance staff flat out refused to take care of issues after hours even if a bathroom or shower was flooded. more

The dorm was pretty nice. The common area has couches, fridge, and table. It has two bathrooms one bathroom for 4 people. There is 8 people per dorm. two people in a room. Each room has 2 beds, 2 dressors, 2 desks, and 2 closets more

Chester Hall

I lived in Chester Hall my freshman year. It was arguably the best year of my life! I made lifelong friendships and literally lived next to the Commons. My roommate, to this day, is still one of my closest friends. I recommend joining an LLC if you know what major you want, it definitely helps living with other students taking the same courses as you. more

My experience at Severn Hall has been amazing. I am glad that I have been placed in Severn Hall as my freshman dorm. Being in this dorm made me feel very comfortable and the staff made it easy for me to adjust to being on my own without my family. more

It wasn’t horrible but could have been better. The spiders and flooding in front of our door every single time it rained began to be a nuisance. As a freshman, since you are new to the college and dorm life you do not know any better though so you will enjoy the experience nonetheless. more

Nanticoke Hall

I enjoyed my living experience in Nanticoke Hall, and I believe it is the nicest dorm building in the quad. I loved the common room and study room on the bottom floor, and I spent a lot of time studying or just hanging out in both of these locations. more
