None of the freshman dorms are particularly great at Seattle University. Bell only has one kitchen in the basement, and itβs really old. The stairs are always locked, and the elevators are often crowded or out of order. The power went off multiple times, sometimes for an entire weekend while I was living there.
The bathrooms are nice, probably the nicest in any freshman dorm hall.
There also tends to be a Catholic minister living on each floor which feels uncomfortable as we were all barely 18 and no one was told this would be happening.
The Dorms themselves run hot even in the middle of winter. The blinds donβt work in half the dorms. I will say that each dorm has a sink which is really nice for brushing teeth and washing dishes without walking to the communal bathrooms each time.
