I really enjoy the location of Grandmarc, since it is right next to campus and is an easy walk to any of the buildings on campus or surrounding restaurants. However, it could use some updating on the appliances and furnishing to be slightly more modern and new.

This is only my first semester living in GrandMarc, but overall I have enjoyed my experience. It is nice to have my own kitchen, my own bathroom attached to my room, and a washer and dryer right in the apartment. It's close proximity to campus is also a huge plus.
