Clement Hall Dorm Reviews at UTK

My experience at Clement Hall wasn't at all bad. It was the hall for international students and was gender-inclusive, so each floor was very different. During my time here, I was in the Business LLC, which did bring me close to new people, but overall, it wasn't bad. I do have to say I wasn't a fan of the bathrooms, but they were convenient and better than a community one.

I enjoyed living at Clement hall. It was a great location on the strip and did not have communal bathrooms. You shared a bathroom with your suite mates. I think the dorm was fairly quiet. You can tell the building is definitely old and could use some upgrades.

I lived in Clement Hall my sophomore year and had a great experience. I was on the board for the Clement Hall Residence Association and helped put on programs for students. The staff was always very nice and maintenance is pretty timely.

While it was short I liked the location and it was fairly quiet most of the time. I wasn't a big fan of how cramped the rooms were for the cost and the shared bathroom but it was ok. The location was good for me since it was near most of my classes.

Clement hall was a great dorm hall for all students. It was close to the strip and food areas and in a good location for getting to classes. It could get a little loud on Friday nights, but if you are bothered by that, just talk to your RA about your concerns because they are a great help.

Clement Hall is a great dormitory that is located at the heart of campus. It is housed by a mixture of freshmen and upperclassmen. The residents are super friendly. Throughout my time living at Clement, I have developed meaningful relationships with my peers and the RA. The dorms are nice and spacious. The an important attribute to Clement Hall is that it is not a communal bathroom. You will share a bathroom with your room and the adjoining room. I would recommend this dormitory to science majors and freshmen.

My experience has been pretty good so far, the only downfall really has been some noisy residents on my floor and a fire alarm pulled past midnight. Other than that my RA is super sweet and I have an amazing roommate and suitemates. I wish that we had more washers and dryers in the basement because they get full so fast, but it’s bearable. The location is practically right beside the student union so that’s a plus. Overall Clement itself would get about a 3.5 star rating

I enjoyed Clement, but it was gross at times. The elevators also were not working often. The location makes up for it, however. It is right on Cumberland so you have access to a lot of restaurants, fast food, gas stations and more.

One of the best thing about Clement Hall was that it is next to the Strip. It's quite a walk to Presidential Court and some classes. However, it's peaceful because there's only one other form near, Strong Hall, the female dorm.

It was a nice dorm I just felt like the staff were not very helpful at times and our bathroom was not the best. Although I understand that it is just a dorm so maybe my standards are just a little high.
