The Residences at 10 West Burke Avenue Dorm Reviews at Towson University

I lived in 10 west the semester of COVID and I will be returning to the same room that I lived in before. I lived on a floor that had the kitchen and the in-unit washer and dryer. It was great, I never really had to leave my room. I don't have any complaints.

I have two complaints. My chief complaint is that my room does not have a full refrigerator or stove to cook. The other is that I won't be able to utilize the balcony when the weather gets better because the university sealed off the entrance, which sucks because I like having fresh air. Otherwise, I am in a room by myself and appreciate the privacy.

In the building there was always someone at the desk to assist you. It was quiet and most people were respectful. Also, safety was top tier in the building. At night there were security guards who took over for the resident assistant (RA) on duty. Building resident's had to check in their guest and the building could only be accessed using your ID card. There were also many activities organized by RA's which made the stay fun and interesting. there were group chats for the RA's and the floors they were responsible for so that made it easy for everyone to socialize.
