Very good dorm, very spacious. There are two sinks in each room, two very spacious closets, beds that are able to be lofted, a large dresser, two desks, and multiple electric outlets all over the room. Feels like a small apartment. more

Kincaid Is the better of all 3 options as an incoming freshman. Little to no problems with damage or maintenance compared to the other dorm halls. But the walls are thin so it's kind of loud sometimes and it really depends on your neighbors. more

I am a current out-of-state minority student from Houston, Texas attending Lexington, Kentucky's Transylvania University. I live in Basset Hall dormitory and my reviews of this dorm are true and accurate. The students here are very entitled and disrespectful when it comes to noise-making and respecting other cleanliness, I say this with my own personal experience between my suitemates and also witnessing the filth they create and leave behind for maintenance to clean. The common areas are nice and spacious but due to COVID, students cannot enter or be in those areas. The best dorms are really Dalton-Vogit hall and Kincaid hall. more
