Overall not bad but not the best dorm there is. Cheapest dorm if your looking for something to save money on parham would be the best option. Don't recommend If your looking willing to pay more for more comfortable dorm then Parham .

My expirience at martha parham so far is good. Nothing really goes on ther really and it is always quiet. the only bad part in my opinion is how far it is from the other residence halls and the community bathrooms. not saying there is anything wrong with them they do keep them clean.
