Presidential Village II Dorm Reviews at University of Alabama

So far there has been absolutely nothing to complain about. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The people are friendly and seem to keep the building clean. There is hardly any noise complaints. The building itself is beautiful and very close to the main buildings of the campus.

never really had issues with anything except noise from upstairs neighbors. through the whole year I have maybe seen an ra twice. the trash rooms do get smelly. and the elevators often have smashed beers cans on the floor. overall it is definitely a nice dorm to live in

Presidential Village two is a very friendly and opening dorm; however, it is not the cleanest. It's also far away from many parts of campus - if you are taking science/engineering classes, it will be closer to those buildings!

I love living in Presidential village 2, more commonly known as “pres 2”. My roommates are my best friends and we love living together. The suite style dorm perfectly accommodates everything we need. We love to use our kitchenette to make nachos in the microwave, and then watch a movie together in our living room. My RA ended up being one of the most supportive people I met freshman year. He is like a big brother to me and we call him whenever we have any question at all. I love living in pres 2!!

I enjoyed it. It was near the boathouse where I practiced so it made for a short walk in the morning! It was also on campus near other dorm building so you could meet people easily and a bus could pick you up out front to anywhere on campus.
