Cottonwood at Tercero Hall Dorm Reviews at UC Davis

My neighbors tended to be quiet and respectful, and the bathrooms and other areas were kept reasonably clean. My roommates and I did not get along, and they would often make derogatory remarks towards me or people in my life, but the residence advisor was excellent. She would check in regularly to make sure all was well, and helped me get back some items I left after moving out.

Cottonwood Hall in Tercero is home to the “Music and Arts LLC.” It’s great to be around a community of people with interests in the arts. That being said, a lot of the time you’ll hear people practicing their musical instruments. Other than that, I loved living in Cottonwood Hall. The hall has a big game room, music room, and study lounge on the bottom floor.

This hall is extremely inviting at first glance. It is a smaller building, however, the structure is unique. I would say that it is a very small room especially for 3 people but it is manageable. The staff and maintenance are very helpful and friendly. I enjoy this hall and would highly recommend this hall to any incoming freshman's next year.

I really like the cottonwood dorms and its location becasue everything is in close proximity (or just a short bike ride away). This year there were a lot of restrictions because of COVID-19 and the experience has been unique. I feel as though I can not dircetly compare my experience with others because I did not have the typical dorming experience. We were not allowed to have roomates and because of the precautions I was not able to interact with many of the people in my dorms. However I have still enjoyed my experience dorning in cottonwood.

It’s nice to be able to meet people in a safe way while we are all in college, there’s a lot of people that mostly just want to have fun and care about others. I really enjoy being here because it gave me the opportunity to meet and learn at the same time
