Libra Flagler Hall is quiet and smack dab in the middle of campus. The parking garage is a short walk away and the gym is right down the road. The RAs always try their best to create a sense of community. Due to the pandemic, I have a room to myself and have a suitemate as opposed to a roommate but the room is large enough for two.

Libra Flagler is a 2 person bedroom dorm that has a bathroom that connects to another bedroom, so 4 people would be sharing one bathroom. My experience at Libra wasn't terrible. It's located next to a lot and Allknight study is only a 2-minute walk away. It's also not far from the library and gym and it's the second closest dorm to the Visual Arts Building. The walls are pretty thick, but the doors provide no noise cancellation. The dorms are secure, as it requires your student ID to get into the building and into the room. I did not like the bathroom set-up very much because it was very easy to lock the people living in the room next to me out of the bathroom and vice-versa. The only other bathroom around is a 5-minute walk away, so you're in big trouble if you have to go to the bathroom really bad. My RA was a very sweet understanding guy, and he was very helpful. My floor however was especially loud and like to party. They would often commune in the shared living room on the girl's side to play games and hang out. It would be quite loud at 3 am. Another downside is that if you're not on a meal plan, it is very difficult to cook living in Libra. There's a kitchen but it is very small and often times there are many people in there so you will either have to wait a while (could be a few minutes, could be a few hours) or try to find room where you can. Every time I went to the kitchen it was always messy. As far as laundry goes, I've had about an 80% success rate, but it can get quite pricey and sometimes the dryers don't work. One time I dried my clothes twice and they were still wet so I had to hang them in my room. The most important thing about living in a dorm like Libra is finding a roommate who has things in common with you. My roommate liked to keep our room at the max cold, she would return to our room at random times in the morning like 2am and she would also sleep during most of the day, so I felt very uncomfortable moving about our room.
