Very quiet, not a lot of activity occurs here. There is a nice lawn for activities or studying. Tons of raccoons at night, they make nice friends. Very reliable maintenance from the cleaning staff, especially during COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, certain housing areas have mice infestations, while other buildings build up heat, getting extremely hot during the summer/fall. The area is far from many dining areas in UCSD. Other than these flaws, the dorms are nice, and being relatively close to Westfield UTC and the Shops at La Jolla Village is a great bonus.
