I was fortunate enough to spend my first two years of college within the walls of Governor's, one of those years as a Resident Assistant. The building itself looks amazing from the outside, almost like a castle on campus with its "clock tower." Inside, the common areas, while sometimes on the smaller side, were kept clean and inviting. The other R.A.s were always accessible and inviting, the maintenance staff was extremely friendly, and the building was located near both the university quad and the student union, with easy access to the athletic fields. My favorite years at UNCA were spent at Governor's.
