My experience in a dorm has been unbelievable. The opportunities I have had are tremendous compared to what I would have experienced in a suite or a different lifestyle. I was able to meet new friends and create new bonds with almost everyone in my hall. The environment is very calm and welcoming. The majority of us leave our doors open when we are studying or just in our rooms to be able to talk to everyone else. The connection that I have with these girls is something that I will treasure in all four years of college. The experience at Donavon is a place that I will never forget. The only issue that I would include is the current pandemic. We have to wear masks at all times unless you are in your dorm room. The Marjority of the hang out areas are cut off or limited to what is available to do. I just wish that I was able to experience freshmen year at the best of my ability to have an amazing experience at Donavon.
