This is an all-girls dorm. It is the cheapest option for housing at UNL, which is why I chose it. I regret that decision every time I think about the dorm. Due to the low housing rate, there was no staff to clean or cook; the residents of the dorm were responsible for that. While this is a good idea in theory, it turned out horrendously. No one ever did their assigned cooking or cleaning. The shared bathrooms were always dirty, the kitchens rarely stocked and clean, and no one was around to make sure that things got done. You were not allowed to opt out of the meal plan included in the housing rate, but since no one was ever cooking you had to buy your own food and cook anyway. This dorm was the reason I dropped out of all my classes that semester and moved. I wouldn't recommend this to ANYONE.
