Pardee Tower Dorm Reviews at USC

The rooms are a bit small and there is no AC. Their communal bathrooms and people have difficulty cleaning up their own hair. This may differ depend on who is on your floor. On the bright side, there is a nice lounge space with AC where you can hang out or go to cool down. Also, it is very close to a dining hall, starbucks, the USC basketball statium, McCarthy Quad(where alot of events are held), and more. The location is great. Though there are some down sides, I am in the Somerville living and learning community so I am willing to sacrifice some of the dorm to be surrounded by the black community.(sometimes the showers are unbearable though)

Pardee was a great mixture of calm, yet fun. Some of my closest college friends came from meeting people from my floor. I didn't like having communal bathrooms, but it was still a great experience all in all.

I loved Pardee. It was close enough to the populated or louder dorms of New/North without being directly in it. I loved having a peaceful place to come home too that was still close enough to everything. It is also the nicest of the south side dorms and the newest, and that was a HUGE improvement. I was on the fourth floor, had a nice view, all and all would recommend.

I loved Pardee! If I had to choose to best thing about living here, it would be the people I got to meet. People are generally really friendly and welcoming, especially other Freshmen. It was a great experience and I made so many friends on my floor :) Also, a shoutout to my RA Ashley who was so amazing!

Pardee was an amazing residential experience. Living in the 8th floor facing the McCarthy Quad was a dream. I loved how social, yet study friendly Pardee was. This is definitely the place you want to be as a freshman!
