Holly Apartments Dorm Reviews at USF

My first semester on campus was better than expected. Staying in Holly G was exactly what I wanted. You get your own private room, share a bathroom with one other person and you have a kitchen. The location was great to. Not far from the Marshall Center, the Hub or Publix.The only knock I would have against the Holly Apartments is that it's hard to socialize by how the layout of the building is set up. The common areas are not very big on each floor and the building is very plain.

It was definitely a great apartment to start off in! I had a two-bedroom and we had to share a bathroom. The shower was very small for the size of the rest of the bathoom. Maintenance takes a while to complete orders, but overall good!

Holly Apartments was a really nice dorm. I had my own room, however small, I still loved my privacy. I lived with my RA and that made getting advice or help a lot easier. As I liked to cook having a full kitchen at the palm of my hands made it very easy to avoid USF's pricey meal plans. My roommates made my life easier but that differs on everyone's experience here at USF. Unlike other dorms at USF, you have to clean the dorms yourself. The cleaning staff does come by once a semester to make sure you didn't break anything but they mostly leave you alone. The only other downside I would say is that Holly Apartments are not cheap. It costs about 5000 a semester which for me was a mistake but if you can afford it, it is definatly worth it.
