Magnolia Apartments Dorm Reviews at USF

I enjoyed my time very much at magnolia. It was very quiet and peaceful, so it was great to just relax or study. The scenery was beautiful as well, I really enjoyed the courtyards. I am a music major so I would walk through the courtyards and through the duck pond to get to class and it was a lovely little adventure every morning. The rooms were the perfect size, not huge but small and cozy. The common area was nice and spacious as well.

My experience with Magnolia Apartments was great. My friend and I stayed for our freshman year and we were very satisfied with what it was. Laundry was easy to do as it was in the same building. Also we used the pool for much of our time during spring and summer(perfect for Florida weather). The staff is pretty great with helping out and do the best they can.

Magnolia apartments provides a nice location to sleep and study, not to mention exercise with the small gym available. It is on the outskirts of campus so it's relatively quiet and a bit of a walk to classes, but who doesn't like a refreshing exercise? What's nice is that it is right next to the Juniper cafeteria. Definitely recommend!

It has been quiet and everyone is secure and taking this virus seriously so that's good. My roommates are also very nice and it's easy to get along with them because we aren't in the same room everyday.
