I had a great experience with my RAβs and the people I lived with on my floor. There were fun events and it is like a little community. The maintenance workers are always quick to respond to requests and the cleaners were always around making the spaces feel more homey.

My experience was not the best or the worst. My biggest setback was doing a shared room with random roommates. I highly recommend rooming with individuals you know well, because roommate conflicts are not handled well. Otherwise, it was pretty okay. I simply decided not to return because off campus housing was cheaper.

RHO was a good place to stay that was near the USFSP campus. I would say the only downfall is that there was almost always one elevator out of service. Luckily, I was on the first floor. The first floor also offered service animals and rooms to raise service animals, so that was something that was enjoyable for the people I stayed with. There are also monthly floor meetings, mostly optional but they were definitely helpful.

I am transferring to the university in January of 2021 and the dorm I am assigned in seems nice and big according to the pamphlet. I am excited to be moving in and see my roommates. There is a chance I might get 4 roommates.
