Snow Hall Dorm Reviews at USU

I love living at snow this past school year. The people were all really nice and easy to work with. They also had many activities for residents to help you get to know your community. There are common spaces on each floor with pool tables and ping pong tables for something fun to do while staying at home.

I really enjoyed living at Snow Hall at USU. I would recommend living there if you are a freshman but not any other years. It's a great place to meet friends! It is very social and you can meet the coolest people there, I did!

I lived there for 2 years and I loved the experience that I had there. It was not central to campus, but close enough that you could walk there in a short time. There were lots of other student dorms around and there were lots of opportunities for being social with your peers.

I loved it. It was clean and well maintained. The walls are really thick so you can be as loud as you want and no one can hear. When our door was closed we could never hear anyone else. It was a good environment. People often leave their doors open and there's a good community feel.

I think that this is a great place to live, as it is pretty large and spacious considering it is a dorm. I love that there is a kitchen and a living room. The only thing I don't like is how far away it is from Campus. It is a 20 minute walk and not on campus at all.

I truly enjoyed my experience at Snow Hall! Being on campus was super convenient, but it wasn't so close to campus to the point that I felt I was always at school. There is a nice 10ish minute walk to the university and I always liked the downtime it provided. The RA I had was awesome and the apartments are very well kept. It was a major plus having our own kitchen and 2 bathrooms between the 6 of us.

I enjoyed my time at Snow Hall, however after moving out I realize it is way too expensive. I live off campus now and for the price of two semesters and parking I still come out cheaper than one semester in Snow Hall, excluding the parking. I also don't appreciate the fact that we have to borrow a vacuum from the front desk and can only use it for 30 minutes before returning it, which doesn't seem right considering how much we paid to live there and that my less expensive apartment comes with one per apartment. I don't think you will have a bad experience here(as noted in the amount of stars I gave this place), but there are much better options off campus that are still reasonably close to the school.

I met so many amazing people. The RAs are so helpful, I always felt safe, the laundry facilities are kept clean and they’re easy to use, and they made us always feel involved. It’s an easy walk to campus and the bus also picks you up right outside! I loved living there first semester and I’m excited for this semester!

Snow Hall has been a great place to live, with a wonderful RA and a very expansive living space. While it is a bit far from Campus for things such as meal halls, the kitchen makes up for it, as well as the large area to stay in.

Snow Hall is a really nice place to live. The location is great. It's close enough to campus but far enough away to feel like you live off campus. The staff is really friendly and they put together lots of activities to get the residents involved. The rent is kind of pricy, but it has nice heating and air conditioning. It also has an elevator which is great because I live on the 5th floor. Overall, Snow Hall is a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone!!

My experience at Snow Hall was not good. The only thing about it that I liked was that it had an elevator inside. The apartments are set up so that no one has any private space, and everyone can hear everything. My roommates were doing illegal things in the apartment and when the staff was contacted, they said the best they could do was have me ask them to stop. Snow Hall is far away from campus even though it is "on-campus housing", and the buses that take you to campus are always full. Be smart, choose off campus housing!

Living at Snow Hall was the best decision I have made so far in my college career. The friendly staff and amazing residents cultivated a welcoming environment for my freshman year. There was adequate study space, but also a great entertainment area with the living room and open kitchen right off the front door. Everyone was so willing to serve and laugh together, and by the end of the year most of the building was friends. College is what you make it, but Snow Hall made it even easier to have an excellent experience.
