Brevard Hall Dorm Reviews at UT

Best Location on Campus, right by the dining hall, bookstore, gym, and a 5-minute walk from nearly every academic building. Well maintained and large rooms, but the common areas are lacking. The only common area study spaces are on the first floor.

Brevard has been an overall positive experience! Although there can be slight renovations made, the dorm rooms are in fairly good condition and are fixed in a timely manner when reported. The security is the best of the best and definitely provides a sense of safety.

I am on the third floor of Brevard. I enjoy having a common room and a large closet. My only complaint about my room would be the furniture in the common room. The furniture is extremely uncomfortable, cheap, and gross. I enjoy Brevard because it is quieter than the other buildings because it does not have a dining hall. I like the tables outside. It is a great place to study and talk with friends.

Brevard Hall is a great place to live for first year students, since a majority of the residents are freshman. The building events that are hosted are a great way to meet new people. The location is great for the campus, and everything is within a five minute walk. There is no kitchen in the building, only a fridge and two microwaves that are available to everyone.

As a first year student, living in Brevard Hall was a great experience. It was nice to have a common room and a bathroom. It's right in the center of campus so it's an easy and quick walk to classes and to dining areas. Overall, Brevard Hall was a great dorm to live in my first year at college.

My experience was unique, I made good friends while at the dorm, and I appreciated how friendly everyone was. I worked at the front desk and I enjoyed the environment of the building and the atmosphere the students created. The location was great as it was close to all my classes and it had a gorgeous view of downtown on the 9th floor where I lived.
