Brazos house/hall was torn down in 2018 as it was too old, but i attended in 2017. It was a small space to live in, but it had its moments. You were close to others, so it made it easy to talk and make friends. However, it was not the best in terms of living environment. It had only one washer and dryer in the common area and a small kitchen. The rooms were small, but could accommodate two people. The showers were not great and they were shared, but they worked.
