Sagepoint Dorm Reviews at University of Utah

I overall enjoyed my stay, I had a single so I had a room to myself which was very nice. The room I made into my own and it really did feel like a second home to me. Everything worked most of the time and the elevator never broke down so that was nice. I was in 813 and it was nice to have a building with a parking lot right outside of it.

For me personally, Sagepoint is a very average dorm. The walls between the rooms are very thin, so you are in bad luck if you have noisy neighbors. There are staffs going around to clean the common area every week. However, they only clean the floor and carpets. The rest of the common area is very dirty. Finally, maintenance can take up to 2 weeks to finish request.

Very nice RA's, clean, and good roommates. The U of U staff was very friendly and nice when I lost my dorm key, it was super easy to go and get a new one and my RA was super helpful. The hallways were clean and tidy and it wasn't smelly
