Guerry Apartments Dorm Reviews at UTC

I thoroughly enjoy Guerry; I could not have asked for a better residence hall to live in for my first year of college. I have almost no complaints. My window view is beautiful, it is very spacious, and I feel very comfortable here.

My apartment was right by the stairway, so my roommate and I would hear people storming up and down every night. My only complaint ? I think it’s a good choice for incoming freshman, the apartments have everything you need: washer and dryer, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms!

I've had a great experience at the UTC Guerry apartments! One complaint I have is that living on the first floor means loud upstairs neighbors. The building is close to a lot of class building and not a far walk from the dining halls.

There where many nice people who lived Ans works at Guerry. The rooms where very nice Ans never had many problems. The RAs that lived there where so sweet And always helped when needed.I would definitely recommend.
