University Village Phase 1 Dorm Reviews at UT Martin

The overall layout and added amenities of the dorm made the college experience feel a bit more in your control. Living on your own without parents for the first time, the amenities in the UV Phases dorms made me feel like I had control of my life a bit more. While not the most luxurious place, it was pretty high quality for a small-town college experience. Each building had its pros and cons, some were louder, some had a bug problem on occasion, but maintenance usually was quick to respond and get it fixed. It's not perfect, but it did feel like home.

it is very close to campus and always having activities that help you interact with others. They also have group chats to help communication between RAs and residents is quick and efficient. It also allows for neighbors to communicate issues of noise, pets etc.

My experience overall has been very good. The staff members are very kind and always helpful. I moved over to this dorm at the beginning of the semester from university village phase 2 and the RA was very helpful with getting me moved to university village phase 1.
