University Village Phase 2 Dorm Reviews at UT Martin

It was a wonderful experience and I met some of my best friends there. I always felt safe and secure. The rooms were spacious and nice. The living area was our favorite spot to hangout. The grounds were always kept and relaxing.

Living in University Village Phase 2 for the 2020-2021 school year has been great. It’s close to the University Center which means I can grab food close to my dorm and come back to study. I like the quiet of my bedroom to study and my neighbors are never too loud. I like having my own little kitchenette and being able to cook if I want to. Parking hasn’t been bad this semester either especially on the weekends. Overall a good dorm to stay in while at UTM.

I love it here! You have your own room so when ever you need space to yourself, all you have to do is shut your door. I live with one other person, which I love because I don't have to worry about noise all the time.

I had a great time in UV 2 since I was able to have great roommates! It was also super nice to be able to have your own room to have some privacy. It was also very convenient to be in the middle of campus and also have a small kitchen in each dorm room!

Roommate matching is terrible. They basically just throw you in a room with whatever is available. Then you just have many problems. The RAs are amazing though. They try to help with problems that they are able to manage.

I have had an excellent experience at phase 2 it feels exactly like home. The phases are like urban apartments and with the vibe of the the college experience. The phases also allow you to get the feeling of real life but the r.a’s guide you as if they are a mentor that you never had.
