The price is a little high once you add in rent, utilities, parking pass, wifi and renters insurance. The hot tub was promised to be ready but it currently is not even close to being finished. The parking garage also has no cameras whatsoever. The staff have been friendly in helping to figure out the utilities and cleaning.
