Payne Hall Suite Dorm Reviews at VA Tech

Payne Hall was an amazing dorm to live in your freshman year at Virginia Tech. I lived in a 6 person suite and shared 2 bathrooms and a living room. Having the living room was great to lounge in and study for classes instead of having to just stay inside the room and having your own bathroom was amazing to just use and shower when you felt like. Payne was also in the middle of each dining hall, so walking to get food was easy to commute. Payne also was one of the only dorms that had air conditioning which really helped on hot days in Virginia. Overall, I loved my experience living there and would recommend it to any freshman at Virginia Tech!

It is an awesome building with a great LLC. We have a close community and everyone is supper friendly! We have family dinners go on hikes and all help encourage each other. If you want to live in Payne definitely apply for the Meraki LLC
