I live on one of the upper floors of the building, which in most residential halls on campus is a negative thing, but Bica-Ross Hall is unique along with New Res in that it has an elevator. Bica is also a suite styled dorm with a common area and four separate single rooms. By far the most comfortable and best located dorm building on campus.
