Austin-Pickett Dorm Reviews at Wilmington

The dorms not super great, especially since it's only got microwaves and the only "stove" is a pain in the ass to use and you need permission to use it. Overall not bad but could be better. Also you don't have a choice of staying anywhere else when you come in as a freshman.

The dorms are very small. The hallways with carpets have stains all over them. The bathrooms consist of showers right next to each other with a bench for everyone to share to put their stuff on. The showers rarely get cleaned. Dorms do not come with Air conditioning.

I have loved living in Austin-Pickett. It is an all freshman Co-Ed dorm by hallway. The dorm is nice because it is on the corner of our small homey campus and within walking distance of everything, even UDF! It is also nice because all my freshman friends are all in the same building.

I was so nervous to go away to college. I didn't know what to expect but as soon as I visited Wilmington College campus I knew it was the school for me. Current students welcomed us to the campus and walked us through everything that we needed to know. The dorms are really spacious and everything on campus is within walking distance. Each floor has an RA if you have any questions or concerns and are available at all times.
