East Lake Apartments Dorm Reviews at Winona State

East lakes is an amazing apartment complex for a decent price! The rooms are nice and there are new appliances in all rooms I believe. It’s very nice having your own bathroom and laundry in your apartment! There isn’t much need for common spaces as everyone stays in their own rooms. Definitely would recommend.

These are really nice apartments that are within walking distance to the lake as well as campus- however, the buildings are right next to train tracks. The apartments are a nice step up from normal style dorms, as each apartment gets a living room, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. You still get the community feel of dorms because there are regular events and great staff.
