Gilbert Hall Dorm Reviews at WKU

I met my roommate at Gilbert and now she is a bridesmaid in my wedding. The activities like taco Tuesday were super exciting and I met so many amazing girls in the dorm. i have been in Gilbert for two exciting years and the location is close enough to my college, I can walk to any class.

Gilbert Hall is one of the better dorms on campus if you’re not trying to spend more money than necessary. It’s an all girls dorm, and it’s near the top of the hill near the common building and cafeterias. However, there are a few problems. The space in the bathroom is a little cramped, and the plumbing is quite old. Sometimes the toilets need an extra flush. But the rooms are a nice size and it is safe.

I love Gilbert! It is the best place to stay on campus besides Hoover Apartments. If you do apply to stay here as an upperclassmen, make sure to do it early as rooms go quickly! Freshmen automatically get placed here for their first year.
