Little Run Lodge Dorm Reviews at YCP

The fire alarms go off constantly, they are very sensitive so even just showering would set them off. It got to the point where multiple times it would go off on the same day. Though if they get that sorted out overall having a half kitchen and air conditioning was really nice. Especially having private bathrooms.

Little Run is amazing, the people are amazing they are so helpful and everyone on your floor feels like a family. Everyone knows each other and helps the other when they are in need of help. You never have to feel like you are a stranger or that you have no help because they are right there ready to help

In the section I was in it was pretty quiet. No ragers or anything. The common areas are clean and are usable. People are respectful. Staff are nice. Students obviously do have fun but they do it without damaging property.

I have had a very pleasant experience with Little Run Lodge, especially since it is air conditioned. I am however on the fifth floor so whenever the fire alarm goes off, it is a hassle to go downstairs.

The common area is a fairly decent size, with plenty of chairs, however my apartment was missing side tables. The bathroom is fairly clean and spacious with plenty of shelving for all of the roommates. The kitchenette is lacking cabinet space but works otherwise. The main issue is that the fire alarms are so overly sensitive, that they will go off at least two times a week, which is really annoying.

This semester was obviously different but little run was very clean, always had extra hand sanitizer, signs of things you should do. Also it was very nice to stay there. I enjoyed my room setup and the people I live with.
