I stayed in Falcon Heights my first year in a double and it was everything I expected and more. The walls were thin and you could hear you roommates in the other room through the vent and but other that there was no issues. It was pretty easy to meet my neighbors especially in the first week. The bathrooms were a decent size and sow as the showers. I didn't have issues with water pressure or not having hot water. I had the opportunity to control the temperature in my room and I had not problems with that. I think as long as you know your roommate and you are able to become friends with them then you shouldn't. The staff that works in the building are very helpful and friendly. I loved living there and would definitely recommend.
