Westfall Hall

So far, I enjoy Westfall since its been renewed, as a first year college student going into a dorm its super nice to live on the upper floors. The AC might be a slight issue but it's doable with a fan. I enjoy the atmosphere of the hall, I live on the 11th floor facing the campus and it is stunning ! more

Corbett Hall

Corbett Hall has been great to live in! The dining hall is right inside and there are great places to study in the lobby. There is also a very nice community kitchen. I highly recommend the suite style bathrooms as they are kept very clean and it is fun to have suite mates in addition to your roommate. more

Laurel Village - Pinon Hall

Although I only spent one semester in this dorm, it proved to feel rather lavish by dorm standards. It was nearly brand new at the time of my stay, so the amenities and cleanliness were pretty much unmatched by any other dorm on campus. more

Parmelee Hall

Parmelee has brought a lot of good memories in college so far. I've met my best friends on my hall and I enjoy spending my time with them. The room itself is very nice for a college dorm room because it has it's own bathroom and lots of closet space. more

Alpine Hall

There is no staff around, but safety is good because you need your key/badge to get through any doors once passed any front desk in the building. Although I was in a 4-suite dorm and had our own bathroom and living room, I got to enjoy the common kitchen and TV room with my friends through the year which was not always clean but that is more on the students there then the staff who do their best. College kids are gross and will ruin things though so do not put pumpkins or decorations you love outside in the halls... more

Edwards Hall

Edwards hall is one of the older halls on campus and I think you can very well tell. In the summer Edwards does not have AC so it gets extremely hot in the rooms. There is not much social life in Edwards as it is farther away from the main part of the Campus. It has many rooms you can hang out in as well as a free laundry room and kitchen. It also is right in from of the Ram's horn dining hall which is very convienient. more

Ingersoll Hall

I have loved living here so far; everyone is so kind and respectful. the only issue I have with it is how far it is from most lecture halls and classrooms. The dorm rooms are very spacious, just make sure you have a fan or two during august and September. more

Academic Village - Honors

Academic Village - Honors was a great place to live. Not only is it located in a good area on campus, but it the dorms are quiet and very well maintained. The halls are always clean and the rooms themselves are very well designed, as every room gets their own bathroom, shower, sink, and mirror area. There is also a lot of room for storage and clothes! more

It was a pretty old and run-down dorm, and we constantly had issues with the appliances in the bathrooms. But the community was awesome and so were the staff. The location is phenomenal as it is across from bus stations, the LSC, and the main buildings on campus. more

Exceeded expectations - loving the freshman dorm experience! Plenty of room and selecting roommate was super easy on the CSU app that matches you to roommate candidates based on your profile. All my packages and letters have been delivered fast and with no problems. Private bathroom in my dorm is really nice to have. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The transition to dorm life has been fun! more

Durward Hall

Durward is good for families who see CSU as a reach or dream school or their children absolutely WANT to attend. It's one of the cheaper options therefore the same goes for maintenance, cleanliness, etc. However, if you can look past all of that and realize it is a privilege to attend this school, it's really no that bad. more

Alipne Hall

Alpine Hall is one of the nicer halls on campus and my preferred hall to live in. They have a diverse set of room types from living in a community-style hall where the bathrooms are a share community style to private suites where two rooms can share one bathroom, one bathroom per room, and even a quad room where four people live together with a shared common room, four bedrooms and one and a half baths. more

Newsom Hall

It has been an experience. The shower situation is very non-traditional, or maybe traditional depending on the historical and cultural lens through which you view the circumstances. I don’t necessarily mind the age of Newsom hall, in fact in someways I find it quite charming; the ivy that creeps up the walls definitely add character. The lack of air conditioning is only a downside for about the first four weeks of school. The rooms are very traditional and very much what I was expecting coming I to college. Overall, my experience so far has been enjoyable to say the least. more
