Much better than I was expecting and I loved how it is all freshmen! It was really easy to make friends and I love the experience. Usually always clean and RA is amazing. She made moving in so much easier and more comforting!

For a freshman dorm, it isn't bad. Most days the hall is typically quiet, while weekends and major holidays may lead to louder conditions. Only issue is people who live in this hall are less likely to be the most cleanly with no respect for the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff clean the bathrooms, hallways and stairways every morning at around 8 AM. Campus Safety is also less than 5 minutes away so it's overall safe to stay in.

To start, I am living in a dorm room during the COVID-19 pandemic so the halls are cleaned on a daily basis. I am not sure this would happen if we were not in the middle of a pandemic. Overall, St. Ann Hall, which is a freshman dorm, is really quiet which helps a ton with studying. Females live on one side of the building (West) and males live on the other (East) which is nice if you prefer to intermingle with both males and females instead of just all females.
