One of the better dorms but one of the sinks donβt have storage underneath. Room is also smaller for space due to the larger bed. Closet has a wall that angles cutting down closet space. Kitchen is great.

IVA South is a nice place to stay for a college student. The rooms have full beds (some damaged), separate bathrooms and washers in the room. There is also a pool which is always warm and a gym room. To access the elevators you must swipe your Owl Card and then press which the floor you'd like to go on.

This is my first time being myself away from my family. I have a dorm room to myself, and so do my other roommates. If one can get their own dorm room, I recommend it because it makes me feel more secure in my transition here. My roommates are great and are super friendly. They are willing to help me transition and talk to me.

It good but wish they had a cleaning service. Also with we could connect more stuff to Wi-Fi like Alexa. The kitchen is great but walls are a little thin. Love having a pool outside. Kids need to learn to cook so the fire alarm doesnβt go off all the time.

Lived there when I was a junior at Fau and it was by far the best place to live at on campus because you had your own room, full sized bed and instead of sharing one bathroom with 4 people you shared it with 1 person.
