Deviney Hall Dorm Reviews at FSU

Deviney is a really nice dorm. I don't think it's the best dorm on campus, but our RAs are super nice and everything is kept clean. The rooms are pretty nice, our windows actually open (unlike some other halls), and the beds are actually quite comfortable. It's somewhat far from where I'm taking classes, though, so that's a pain, and it's also kind of far from nearby places to eat.

Overall, I enjoyed my time at Deviney Hall. The location was ideal because I was able to walk to pretty much anywhere I needed to go on campus. The dorm was fairly clean during my time there, I never had any major issues as well.

clean and great location on campus. it is close to pretty much every thing and steps away from a few places to get food. every room has a shared bath that is a decent size and each room has a sink. rooms are shared so it's 4 to a bathroom.

Never had any problems while living in Deviney. Fairly recently renovated, so I had no issues needing maintenance. Fire alarm would randomly go off, which was pretty annoying. Other than that it is prime FSU location

Living at Deviney Hall for my first year in college was a wonderful experience. The dorms were spacious and clean, and the staff and RA's were very friendly and always willing to help whenever needed.

Deviney Hall at FSU was redone in 2015. I lived there my freshman year in 2016 so it was the best form at the time, next to Dorman. The location was ideal. in the center of FSU so it a good strategic location for all majors, specially in your first year when you have general classes and major classes at the same time. The staff was great, there were plenty of study rooms, and I felt safe everyday. Deviney hall definitely made my FSU freshman experience unforgettable. I mean, look how happy my parents were to drop me off!
