Seminole Landing Dorm Reviews at FSU

The staff is alright however the manager is more than unpleasant. Other than that the dorms are nice and clean however the walls are very thin which means you can hear everything at night. The overall grounds themselves are good.

While Seminole landing is relatively it was made quite quickly. Because of such there are numerous problems which would normally not arise until years later however problems that would take 5 years to pop up are showing up only 2 years since they’ve been built. However the staff for the most part is friendly and the maintenance team does what they can. Additionally, the price is reasonable for todays standards. Although, the biggest downside is the roommates as if ones roommate is dirty beyond belief or so dirty it becomes a health issue to the other roommate management does not do anything essentially and leaves it to the roommates to sort out which is an ineffective and lazy way to confront these issues which are very common.

It has had it’s ups and downs, but overall I think it has been a pretty bad experience. Some of the workers are really nice, whereas others are very rude and not understanding. The common areas are pretty good, but the rooms a lot of them have mold or fleas or other issues.
