Kelsey Hall Dorm Reviews at Hampton

Kelsey Hall is one of the smaller dorms on campus. Be prepared for many dorm meetings. It is easy to make friends within the dorm since it is a smaller dorm. The RAs and GA were really nice and understanding. The dorm director doesn't play when it comes to following the guidelines so make sure you are following them. Overall it was a good dorm. If you are looking for a bigger room, I recommend the second, third, or fourth floors.

It was not great the dorm mom was rude and girls pooped in the showers and left pads on the ground and didn’t flush the toilets. The maintenance people are extremely sweet and did their job as best they could.

Kelsey Hall is a quiet and close knit dorm at Hampton University. Most of the rooms are quite small, but I was able to maximize my space with various organization systems. As long as you follow the rules and attend the necessary dorm meetings, you'll have a good experience in Kelsey Hall.

Kelsey Hall overall was a great experience. There was never huge amount of chaos going on . The RA's I have made relationships with and I love the size being that its generally smaller than the others. The bathrooms were not that bad at all. I enjoyed being in a quieter smaller dorm rather a big one with hundreds of girls.
